Returns

All pet bandanas, hats, quilted coats, leather goods and scrunchies are final sale. Please ensure you are confident in your bandana size by measuring your pet's neck/collar prior to your purchase.

EXCHANGES

 If you would like to exchange apparel, it must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. 

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

In-Person Exchanges: If you are local to London, Ontario or Huron County, you may contact us regarding a porch exchange. Exchanges are also available at our event locations, please contact us directly to arrange exchanges at events. 

Mail-In Exchanges: For customers who cannot visit us in person, please contact us for shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

 All exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size or item.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or defective.

All returns will be issued a store credit.
